SINGER identifies CREATIVATE as the successor name for MYSEWNET. CREATIVATE's Basic membership is free, while Essential, Extra, and Elite are paid tiers. The design catalog and software tools vary by plan; Elite includes embroidery digitizing and a stitch editor. Check the current regional plan comparison before assuming a feature is included.
Trame is free to use and is centered on importing an image, simplifying its colors into regions, and previewing generated stitches. Its editable .trame project retains source layers. It does not offer a membership design catalog or the full range of CREATIVATE's plan-specific editing tools.

CREATIVATE offers desktop embroidery software for Windows and macOS, including lettering and design wizards, with advanced tools varying by membership. Confirm that the chosen plan, software, and machine support the exact workflow you need. Trame works in a browser and currently imports and experimentally exports DST, XXX, and EXP.
A machine-file extension alone does not prove compatibility. Review the required format and transfer route for your machine, then sew a test on the intended material. Trame's exports remain experimental and its optional underlay, compensation, and securing settings are not a substitute for physical testing.
